Our mission

Artistry Foundation expands what’s possible by offering a creative community for all artists rooted in mentorship and creativity. We believe the arts are not a privilege but a vital pathway to self-expression, healing and opportunity. We believe in amplifying underrepresented voices, turning creative potential into lasting opportunity and respecting artists. We champion the power of storytelling, community and bold imagination; through equitable access to education, resources and professional mentorship. We are committed to creating a culture of belonging, where every individual feels seen, supported and empowered to grow both artistically and personally. We are committed to expanding on our Whats My Frame foundational, core values of creating arts education for all and a creative community that lasts for generations.

Programs
Everything we build is free to the artists we serve.

Artistry Mentorship

Mentorship and on-set shadowing that puts emerging artists inside the rooms where the work actually happens — with working professionals who guide them from early prep all the way through post-production.

Artistry Finance

Free financial education built for variable creative income — because financial instability is one of the leading reasons artists leave the industry, and we’re changing that with tax support, career planning, and one-on-one financial clinics.

Artistry Wellness

Mental health support built for artists who are asked to access vulnerability on demand and rarely taught how to recover. Resilience training, mindfulness tools, and emotional sustainability programs designed specifically for the creative life.

Artistry Retreat

Twice a year, artists receive uninterrupted time. Immersive craft training, master level mentorship, and a peer community built in the room together, designed to sharpen skills, restore confidence, and spark collaborations that last long after the retreat ends.

Artistry Series

Filmed masterclasses from industry leaders, freely archived forever — because the wisdom that shapes great artists should never be locked behind who you know or what you can afford.

Artistry Equipment Library

Over $100K in professional cameras, lighting, and production gear shipped directly to artists nationwide at no cost because the tools to make great work should never be out of reach.

“For the first time, I felt supported as a whole artist — creatively, financially, and emotionally. Artistry Foundation didn’t ask me to fit into the industry. It taught me how to shape my own place within it.”

Our production company and the final step in the Artistry pipeline. Artists who complete mentorship and equipment programs gain access to real production opportunities moving from learning to creating work that is professional, meaningful, and entirely their own.

A Note From Our Founder:

I started What’s My Frame two weeks into the pandemic. I was watching my community lose everything they’d built overnight. Not just jobs. Identity. Purpose.

So I did the only thing that’s ever made sense to me — I started thinking big. I called the artists I’d worked alongside, learned from, and respected. The creative community that always had my back. I asked them to help me build something special.

What began as a way to bring hope and community to fellow artists quickly outgrew my wildest imagination. Seven seasons. Over 200 episodes. A global library of conversations artists turn to for guidance, perspective, and the reminder that they are not alone.

But community wasn’t enough. I watched artists with extraordinary talent walk away from the industry because they lacked access. They couldn’t afford equipment or training. They were carrying the weight of rejection and financial instability with zero support system.

Enter Artistry Foundation, built from everything I witnessed and refused to accept. We built mentorship programs that connect emerging artists with working professionals. Financial education designed for the realities of a creative career. Wellness programs that treat an artist’s mental health as seriously as their craft. An equipment library that ships professional gear nationwide at no cost. A retreat that gives artists uninterrupted time to grow. And through our partnership with Little Flowers, a production pipeline so the work our artists create doesn’t stay in the classroom. It gets made.

Everything at Artistry is free to the artists we serve. Because talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. I believe in this community with everything I have. Now I’m asking you to believe in it too.
