Artistry Foundation (“Artistry Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Artistry Foundation mobile application (the “App”) and our related services. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We believe the arts are not a privilege, and we believe your privacy isn’t either. We collect only what we need to support your creative journey, and we never sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you create an account or use the App, you may give us information such as your name, email address, and any profile details or preferences you choose to share. If you contact us for support, we keep the messages you send.

Information collected automatically. When you use the App, we may collect limited technical and usage information, such as your device type, operating system version, app version, and how you interact with features (for example, which meditations or masterclasses you open). This helps us understand what’s working and improve the experience.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect payment card information through the App. Any donations are made on our website through our payment processor, not within the App.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features;
Create and manage your account;
Respond to your questions and provide support;
Understand how the community uses the App so we can make it better;
Communicate with you about programs, updates, and opportunities (only where you’ve agreed to hear from us); and
Keep the App secure and protect against misuse.
How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers. We work with trusted vendors who help us operate the App (for example, hosting and analytics providers). They may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Artistry Foundation, our community, or others.
With your consent. We may share information in other ways if you ask us to or give us permission.
Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services to function and improve, such as hosting and analytics. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party services you interact with.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Access and update your account information at any time within the App;
Delete your account directly in the App; deleting your account removes your associated personal information, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain; and
Manage communications by opting out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
